Flyers must be distributed by MTYAA Baseball by email or hard copy prior to the fundraiser date

Flyers cannot be distributed inside or outside of the restaurant or placed at the front counter during the event

Guest must present this flyer at the front counter when ordering

Gift certificate purchases are not eligible for Dine Out contributions

All food and beverage is included in this offer
